To tie up the operations of modern life for two whole days just because an Emperor happens to be buried, is an insult to the common sense and the intelligence of the whole race.

I strongly urged him to return to America where he made such a phenomenal success as a student, and where he will find his education and talents available for the many opportunities open to young men.
